Short Biography

Kanemitsu Ootsu received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from University of Tokyo in 1993 and 1995 respectively, and later he obtained his Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology from University of Tokyo in Japan. From 1997 to 2009, he was a research associate and then an assistant professor at Utsunomiya University. From 2009 to 2020, he is an associate professor at Utsunomiya University. Since 2020, he is a professor at Utsunomiya University. His research interests are in high-performance computing system, multithread architecture, binary translation, run-time optimization, and cluster computer system. He is a member of Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ) and The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication (IEICE).
