Multispectral imaging for sugar content prediction
Abstract
- Sugar content is related with near-infrared wavelength, it can be estimated from multispectral image. In this study, we estimate sugar content of fruits from images captured by hyperspectral camera. Non-destructive and non-contact inspection of fruits has a potential to provide much increased in productivity, safety and quality stability.

Sugar content prediction of apple
- In this study, we predicted the sugar content map of apples by using a hyperspectral camera without damaging the apple surface.
